Ran a half mile warm-up in 6:06. Ran down 14th and University in 15:31, stopped to walk for a minute at 7 and 10 minutes. Felt nauseous afterward, not unusual. Definitely stiff afterward.

Ran a warm-up lap down Emmet, right, then right, then right again until back at Mem. Gym. Took ~4 minutes. Then stretched and did same loop again in 4:07.
