Core Training
Today we used the big workout balls (I'm not sure what else to call them) and did three sets of everything. We did situps, leg lifts, pushing legs, dips, cross-over crunches, and either reverse planks or reverse situps, I can't remember. When we didn't have the ball we did the same exercises, just on the floor normally.

Core Training
Well after my bump on the head last night I wasn't sure how today was going to go, but it went alright.We did stations (I think there were 10 of them but I only got to 9). Some of the things we did included leg lifts, fire hydrants, arm lifts, pushups, planks, situps, and lunges, with one set of each. I also learned what a "pilates 100" is, and I don't like it. My lower back hurt during some of the exercises, but that might be because that area is sensitive from my fall.

Went to the gym and did 66 minutes on the eliptical (2 sets of the weight loss program with 5 minute cool down for both). Then did abs and adductor/abductor.

Went to the gym and did a machine I don't know the name of (kind of like skating mixed with an eliptical). Did that for 20 minutes (I think the pattern was 3 minutes on incline 2 resistance 15 and then 2 minutes on incline 3 resistance 20, then a 5 minute cool down on the easy level). Then did abs and adductor/abductor.

Went to the gym and did 33 minutes on the eliptical (weight loss setting, 5 minute cool down) then did abs. Pretty sore from this week, so it was hard.

Core Training
Worked on upper body today. Did 10 lifting arms to the side and front with our palms facing different directions and then did it with our shoes in our hands. Did water swishers 10 times and did that set 5 times. Did our pushup thing with 9. Learned a new kind of Russian twist with going right-left-up-left-right-up and we did that as a medicine ball went around the circle.

Did more of what we did on Thursday with some new things, such as biking into the air and different versions of the peeing dog. We also threw a ball at each other's faces to remember everyone's name, which I think was a dangerous way of doing things.

Left upper hamstring rather tender today, so went to the gym and did 21 laps around the track (2 miles) alternating between walking and running, and finished in 26:23. Then did some of the ab stuff we did yesterday in class, which made me sufficiently sore.
