Went to the gym and did adductor/abductor and then eliptical for 33 minutes (weight loss setting, 5 minute cool down). Then did abs.

Went to the gym and did adductor/abductor then ran 30 minutes (5 on,1 off; today the direction of the track was the other way, so there was less pressure on my knee). Then did abs and weights.

Ran outside today from my dorm, down Alderman, to Ivy and back (2 miles) in 20:46. Left knee was bothering me a bit. Then went to the gym and did abs, adductor/abductor and weights.

Did upper body today, mostly arms. Used weights and did some new exercises, and also used the ballet bars for pullups. Did a lowering exercise that really worked my back.

Did partner things today. Started with leg pushes, which I hate, but I was able to do it which I didn't think I would be able to do. Then did some exercises from the packet and then did planks together.
Later, I lifted weights.

Ran 3 miles with my mom in 36:56 doing 5 minutes running, 1 minute walking. My inner ankles were bothering me and my right foot fell asleep. Went for a 50 minute walk pushing my brother in the wheelchair.

Did zumba with 6 different dances and I learned that I definitely cannot dance. But it got my heartrate up. Did nothing for my sore butt though.
