Did an altered version of the Law School loop and ran for 35 minutes. Then did 4 striders. Felt pretty good, even though it was cold.

Went to the gym and did 33 minutes on the eliptical on the weight loss setting (the last 5 minutes were cool down), then did some abs.

Did 3 warmup laps around Nameless Field. Then did partner relays with each partner running 12 laps. I did mine in a total time of 14:02. Then did a cool down lap. Felt pretty good, ab and upper left chest kind of hurt, but it went away.

Went to the gym and did 20 minutes on the eliptical on the weight loss setting. Felt pretty horrible and my head hurt. Then did abs and 10 minutes on the erg (30 seconds slow, 30 seconds fast).

Did the 3 mile loop by the park in 29:51, with about a minute of walking. Left ab hurt and it was pretty cold. Hips hurt after.

Went for a run with my mom and did about 3 miles straight in 32:47. Cold out, and asthma felt sort of weird, but not too bad. Inside of right knee hurt afterwards, but seems to be fine now.

Went for a run today with my aunt and my mom. Ran a little over 3 miles with 5 minutes running and 1 minute walking and finished in a little over 29 minutes.

Went to the gym and did the eliptical for 28 minutes on the weight loss setting. Then ergged for 10 minutes with 30 seconds slow and 30 seconds fast. Then did the bike for 10 minutes. Then did ab work. Shoulders and calfs sore/tight from yesterday.

Teaching Day #4
Caroline
Did jump rope for 5 minutes, progressing from slow to fast then back dow nto slow. It was really hard and my calfs and arches hurt after a while.
Devon
Did alternating running two laps and doing crunches.
Madeline
Did jump rope, lunges, burpies, mountain climbers, squats,and a few other things for a minute each. After the burpies, my vision started acting funny and I was getting light headed, so I sat down for a bit.

We did circuits with squats, situps, and up-up-down-downs about 2 times through.

Learned relay technique with sticks as batons. Practiced passing off and starting, as well as a blind start.

Did some core work in the ballet room. Learned some new exercises.

Did some drills in the ballet room. Learned some pretty interesting ones that I still can't do.

Learned about running technique and did some drills targeted at those techniques.
Petra
Did more with running technique and ran around for 4:17 to practice running. I still need to work on pushing my arms back and lowering my arms.

Ran the 4th year 5k this morning. Wasn't really my best race ever. There were a lot of hills, and after 2 miles I stopped and walked for two minutes. I finished in 30:07. I think I also started out too hard, but it was hard to tell since when the race started it took me about a minute to actually get moving since a lot of people in front of me were just walking. Also, started out pretty cold this morning and they had us standing in the shade until the race started.
I'd like this added to my test category, since I haven't had an absence yet.

Did two warmup loops around Nameless Field in 2:56. Then did 1 minute of hard running followed by 1 minute of easy running. Did that 4 times, then changed direction and did it 4 more times. Then ran a cooldown down Lewis Mountain Road and back in about 11 minutes. Didn't really feel like I worked out at all, but my back and hip hurt.

Very cold out today and I was worried about my asthma because the side of my throat is a little sore, but it was okay. Ran to Klockner Stadium in 7:09 and did the tape run with 2 minutes hard, 2 minutes easy three times (12 minutes total). Ran a long cool down in 15:26.

Went to the gym and did the eliptical on the "weight loss" setting again. It's 28 minutes of moving, alternating between 4 minutes of resistance 1 and 4 minutes of resistace 8. Then did some abs.

Ran a 3 mile loop today down to a park and up some stairs. Had to walk a little bit because of a big long hill. Breathing was pretty okay even though it was really cold. Finished in 29.29.

Really sore from yesterday, especially my shoulders. Went to the gym and did a program on the eliptical that was labeled as "weight loss". It had me do 1 resistance and then 8 resistance then repeat for 28 minutes. I went over 2 miles.Then I did some abs.

Went to the gym and ergged for 10 minutes normal, then did the eliptical for 20 minutes. Then did some abs. Butt sore from the run yesterday.

Very cold out today. Did the Observatory Hill loop (~3 miles) backwards. Had to stop and walk a few times, but after the downhill started I was good the rest of the way. Finished in 30:55.
