Ran a warmup to Klockner Stadium in 6:51. Ran around the outside of the track once, and then ran a different way back to Mem Gym in 17:36. Felt really stiff most of the run, but pretty good afterwards.

Ran a 5:41 warmup. Ran ~2.5 miles by the law school in 24:54. Did an exercise where we ran faster for a specific distance. I don't remember what it was called, and wouldn't be able to spell it even if I did. Felt fairly nauseous the whole time.

Ran a warmup in 4:10. Ran down and back the lawn 4 times in 2:55, 3:06, 2:45, and 3:00. Ran a cooldown in 13:13, but not sure how far it was.

Ran a warmup in 5:32. Felt like I was working really hard but not going very far. Ran a 2.5 mile loop around the law school in 25:54 and then ran up the hill in Nameless Field 5 times. Fell twice on the way back down and got wet grass all over me.

Ran 20 minutes on the treadmill (~1.6 miles) and then did ab work. Lifted weights and did some inner thigh/butt exercises.

Ran a warmup in 4:32. Then did 4 out-and-backs with 1:30 out in 3:04, 3:00, 2:57, and 2:59. Did a cool down in 4:37. Then we did some exercises for the hips and butt, but it kind of hurt my lower back.

Ran a warmup in 5:40. Did the ~2 mile route in 23:35 and then did planks. The dipping ones kind of hurt my back.

Went to the gym with one of my suitemates this morning. I did 5 minutes on the eliptical, but it hurt my back so I decided to stop. Then I did free weights with 5lbs and lots of reps. Ran on the treadmill for a mile in a little over 11 minutes. Ran the first 3/4 at a 5.0 pace and the last 1/4 at a 6.9 pace.

Took our first test today on energy systems.
Ran a shorter warm up in 4:17. Then did four out-and-backs with 1:30 out and trying for 3:00 overall. I did them in 3:00, 2:56, 2:56, and 2:55. Then we did the same route as our warm up for our cool down, which I did in 4:08. During the out-and-backs I felt not so great and like I was going to throw up, but afterwards I felt pretty good.

Ran a warmup in 5:33 and then stretched. It was cold again, so I was worried about my asthma at first, but it didn't bother me. Ran 2.5 miles (~1.7 with my group and the rest on my own) in 26:38. We stopped together for a total of about 2 minutes.

Ran a warmup in 5:37. Did the 1.5 mile route (stopped for about 2 minutes total because one of the others in my group needed to rest) and then added on .4 extra. Ran that last part hard and finished in 21:02. Felt pretty good, was worried my asthma was going to act up because it was so cold, but it was fine.

Ran a warmup to the Lawn in 4:57. Ran a practice run down and back up the Lawn in 3:15. Ran it three more times in 3:17, 3:23, and 3:43. Then ran around the perimeter of the upper part of the Lawn in 2:39. Ran back to Mem Gym in 3:18. Did some pushups and crunches. Shoes and socks were soaked by the end, but I don't appear to have any blisters.

Ran a warmup in 6:07. Ran ~1.9 miles in 23:12. Leg felt much better than expected. Still nauseous on the walk home.

Back muscles on both sides are sore from the frog jumps yesterday. Also pain somewhere between my hip flexor and hamstring, on my left side. Hurts to walk up an incline or steps.

No warmup today, looked like it was going to rain. Ran about a 1.5 mile loop in 17:52, felt pretty good. After we got back, we did some drills.The frog ones kind of hurt my back. On the walk home, I started feeling really nauseous again.
