Ran 1 mile. Right tendon really hurt at the beginning, so ran 1 minute, walked 2, then ran 9 more to finish in 12:12. Outside of right foot hurt near the end and pain in tendon never fully went away. Did some abs.

We did circuits with situps, side planks with leg lifts, bridges with leg lifts, bicycle with arms in the air, and toe touches with bringing your arms down.
Devin & Andrew
Pilates from the 80's workout. We did a lot of arm movements and kept our heartrates up. I learned some things I had never thought of doing before.
Garrett & Scott
Running drills. We did butt-kicks, high-knees, grapevines, jump for height, running backwards, soldier kicks, and sumo squat things. I haven't done those kinds of drills in a while so it loosened up some muscles.

Worked with the stretchy bands today. Did a lot of arm exercises including (with a partner) holding two bands between us and pulling back 10 times, and standing side-by-side and holding a band withour outside hands and pulling out 10 times (3sets). Tried some Russian Twists with the bands, but that worked my arms way more than it did my abs. We did our pushup series with 11 pushups, and I think that may be more than we can handle right now. I was falling apart around 9.

Today we used the big workout balls (I'm not sure what else to call them) and did three sets of everything. We did situps, leg lifts, pushing legs, dips, cross-over crunches, and either reverse planks or reverse situps, I can't remember. When we didn't have the ball we did the same exercises, just on the floor normally.

Core Training
Well after my bump on the head last night I wasn't sure how today was going to go, but it went alright.We did stations (I think there were 10 of them but I only got to 9). Some of the things we did included leg lifts, fire hydrants, arm lifts, pushups, planks, situps, and lunges, with one set of each. I also learned what a "pilates 100" is, and I don't like it. My lower back hurt during some of the exercises, but that might be because that area is sensitive from my fall.

Learned a new kind of Russian twist with going right-left-up-left-right-up and we did that as a medicine ball went around the circle.
Worked on upper body today. Did 10 lifting arms to the side and front with our palms facing different directions and then did it with our shoes in our hands. Did water swishers 10 times and did that set 5 times. Did our pushup thing with 9. Core Training
Did more of what we did on Thursday with some new things, such as biking into the air and different versions of the peeing dog. We also threw a ball at each other's faces to remember everyone's name, which I think was a dangerous way of doing things.

Went to the gym and did 5 minutes on the bike and then 10 minutes on the stairmaster. Then did adductor/abductor and abs.

Left upper hamstring rather tender today, so went to the gym and did 21 laps around the track (2 miles) alternating between walking and running, and finished in 26:23. Then did some of the ab stuff we did yesterday in class, which made me sufficiently sore.
