Ran 2.37 miles with my mom and aunt in 32:12 doing 3 minutes running 1 minute walking. Right leg thing only hurt a little at the beginning. Then did abs.

Ran 1 mile. Right tendon really hurt at the beginning, so ran 1 minute, walked 2, then ran 9 more to finish in 12:12. Outside of right foot hurt near the end and pain in tendon never fully went away. Did some abs.
