Aug. 31, 2012

Ran a half mile warm-up in 6:06. Ran down 14th and University in 15:31, stopped to walk for a minute at 7 and 10 minutes. Felt nauseous afterward, not unusual. Definitely stiff afterward.

  1. Have you been eating breakfast before running? It may be a good idea to change up what you are eating to see if other foods work better with you while working out. Hope this helps!

  2. I eat a few fruit snacks before I run. Sometimes I'm fine and sometimes I'm not. Everything else I try makes me nauseous more often.
