Me
We did circuits with squats, situps, and up-up-down-downs about 2 times through.
Dylan
Practiced running with body upright. Did two laps around Nameless Field and then did striders. Did one more lap around Nameless.
Meigan
Learned relay technique with sticks as batons. Practiced passing off and starting, as well as a blind start.
