Nov. 9, 2012

Did two warmup loops around Nameless Field in 2:56. Then did 1 minute of hard running followed by 1 minute of easy running. Did that 4 times, then changed direction and did it 4 more times. Then ran a cooldown down Lewis Mountain Road and back in about 11 minutes. Didn't really feel like I worked out at all, but my back and hip hurt.
