Sept. 19, 2012

Ran a warmup in 4:32. Then did 4 out-and-backs with 1:30 out in 3:04, 3:00, 2:57, and 2:59. Did a cool down in 4:37. Then we did some exercises for the hips and butt, but it kind of hurt my lower back.
