Took our first test today on energy systems.
Ran a shorter warm up in 4:17. Then did four out-and-backs with 1:30 out and trying for 3:00 overall. I did them in 3:00, 2:56, 2:56, and 2:55. Then we did the same route as our warm up for our cool down, which I did in 4:08. During the out-and-backs I felt not so great and like I was going to throw up, but afterwards I felt pretty good.
