Ran a warmup in 5:37. Did the 1.5 mile route (stopped for about 2 minutes total because one of the others in my group needed to rest) and then added on .4 extra. Ran that last part hard and finished in 21:02. Felt pretty good, was worried my asthma was going to act up because it was so cold, but it was fine.
