Ran a warmup in 5:06. Did out-and-backs with 3 minutes out and trying to finish in 6 minutes. Did four of them in 5:45, 5:54, 5:58, and 5:58. Then did a cooldown in 3:21. My lower back hurt for the first half of each out-and-back because it was a slight incline the whole way.
