Went to the gym and rowed 2000m on the erg in about 12 minutes (first minute normal, then 30 seconds fast and 30 seconds slow). Did the lat bar, some weights, and ab work.

Ran about 3 miles in 30 minutes down Alderman, Emmet/Ivy, Klockner Stadium, and McCormick Road.
