Core Training

Today we used the big workout balls (I'm not sure what else to call them) and did three sets of everything. We did situps, leg lifts, pushing legs, dips, cross-over crunches, and either reverse planks or reverse situps, I can't remember. When we didn't have the ball we did the same exercises, just on the floor normally.
