Jan. 27, 2013

Went to the gym and did a machine I don't know the name of (kind of like skating mixed with an eliptical). Did that for 20 minutes (I think the pattern was 3 minutes on incline 2 resistance 15 and then 2 minutes on incline 3 resistance 20, then a 5 minute cool down on the easy level). Then did abs and adductor/abductor.
