Core Training

Well after my bump on the head last night I wasn't sure how today was going to go, but it went alright.We did stations (I think there were 10 of them but I only got to 9). Some of the things we did included leg lifts, fire hydrants, arm lifts, pushups, planks, situps, and lunges, with one set of each. I also learned what a "pilates 100" is, and I don't like it. My lower back hurt during some of the exercises, but that might be because that area is sensitive from my fall.
