Core Training
Worked on upper body today. Did 10 lifting arms to the side and front with our palms facing different directions and then did it with our shoes in our hands. Did water swishers 10 times and did that set 5 times. Did our pushup thing with 9. Learned a new kind of Russian twist with going right-left-up-left-right-up and we did that as a medicine ball went around the circle.
