Core Training: Teaching Day 1
Anthony & I
We did circuits with situps, side planks with leg lifts, bridges with leg lifts, bicycle with arms in the air, and toe touches with bringing your arms down.
Devin & Andrew
Pilates from the 80's workout. We did a lot of arm movements and kept our heartrates up. I learned some things I had never thought of doing before.
Garrett & Scott
Running drills. We did butt-kicks, high-knees, grapevines, jump for height, running backwards, soldier kicks, and sumo squat things. I haven't done those kinds of drills in a while so it loosened up some muscles.
