Core Training

Arian & Lauren
Pushup holds, lying down pull ups, burpies, and cobra stretches. 10 of each with 3 sets.

Christina & Kristina (I have no idea if that's how you spell their names)
Dancing, which was really awkward and I was really bad at it, but it got my heartrate up.
