Core Training
Worked with the stretchy bands today. Did a lot of arm exercises including (with a partner) holding two bands between us and pulling back 10 times, and standing side-by-side and holding a band withour outside hands and pulling out 10 times (3sets). Tried some Russian Twists with the bands, but that worked my arms way more than it did my abs. We did our pushup series with 11 pushups, and I think that may be more than we can handle right now. I was falling apart around 9.
