Core Training

Used the medicine balls today. Did squats with pushing out and up (10 each) and threw them down on the ground to a partner (20 times each). Also did RussianTwists with it and a partner where we switched off after 5 for each side and did that for 1 minute 5 times. Left hip flexor kind of hurt after that, but it seems to be okay now.
